APPLICATION STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Substrate Preparation

• Surfaces must be structurally sound, clean, and free of dust, oils, or loose materials.
• Dampen the surface with water (SSD - Saturated Surface Dry condition) before application, ensuring there is no standing water.
• Repair any concrete defects or voids with a suitable MAPEI repair mortar (e.g., Mapegrout T60). [1] 

2. Mixing

• Pour Component B (liquid) into a clean container.
• Slowly add Component A (powder) while mixing with a low-speed mechanical stirrer (~400 RPM).
• Mix for 2-3 minutes until a lump-free, homogeneous paste is achieved. Do not mix by hand.

3. Application

• Apply the first coat using a roller or spray gun, ensuring a thickness of at least 1 mm.
• Allow the first coat to dry for 4-5 hours.
• Apply the second coat to reach a total minimum thickness of 2 mm.
